DESCRIPTION: The City of Hot Springs is seeking a proven law enforcement professional to become Chief of Police replacing the retiring chief. This position reports to the City Manager and heads a progressive department with a staff of 133, including 105 sworn officers.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business administration or related area from an accredited institution; at least 7 years of experience in management or administration in a law enforcement agency; must meet the requirements of applicable state and local laws regulated by the civil service; any combination of education and experience required.
