EOE.DESCRIPTION: The Yakima County Office of Aging and Long Term Care is recruiting to fill one position in the Yakima Administrative office. The position is responsible for direct nursing supervision of the Intensive Care Case Management Program and the nurses day to day activities, providing quality assurance review, performance evaluations, and clinical assistance in challenging cases for offices in Central and SE Washington.
Requires Bachelor’s in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health Administration, Gerontology, or related plus four years experience in providing nursing or social services, with one year experience in supervision, management or program coordination. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Washington or an RN; Ability to travel as needed; Valid WA State Driver’s License is required. Position is subject to a criminal background investigation due to the nature of the position and the clients served. Master Degree in related program and 2 years of health care or social service program coordination experience preferred.
